Scope of the Job:
Negotiate, review and draft all types of agreements for the group companies &
hold required internal meetings with stakeholders to achieve the same. Conduct
legal researches and provide legal opinions. Draft corporate documents (OGM's
EGM's & Board Meetings, etc…) and conduct legal investigations.
Accountabilties:
* Negotiate, review and draft all types of agreements for the group companies & hold required internal & external meetings with stakeholders to achieve the same.
* Maintaining & updating a shared database for all contracts.
* Ensure that the legal function has the originals of all important, significant and strategic agreements.
* Conduct legal researches and provide legal opinions
* Draft corporate documents (OGM's EGM's & Board Meetings, etc…).
* Conduct legal investigations.
* Prepare needed reports.
* Translating all types of contracts from Arabic to English or vice versa.
* Assist other lawyers of the function in the preparation of needed documentation
* Maintaining corporate minute books; assisting with the preparation of corporate documents and legal filings; assisting with preparation of materials for and the internal tracking and management of meetings of the Board of Directors
* Support department budget process and manage monthly invoice and expense tracking
* Provide general Department support, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports and purchase requisitions, and maintaining calendars and contact lists for attorneys and others in the Legal Department as requested.
* Support the Audit Department in their travel arrangements and in the related SAP recording.
* Provide support in organizing, maintaining, managing and archiving files in the document management system.

* Law degree from recognizable Egyptian University.
* Fluent in Arabic and English (reading and writing).
* Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point & internet search)

* Handle many tasks simultaneously
