The position provides the perfect platform for individuals who are having
excellent leadership skills to direct a small team towards one set goal, with

* Oversee and coordinate formwork design solutions submitted by the design engineers
* Thinking creatively and critically to support the project team in the design process
* Manage design process and provide direction to drafting engineers
* Cummunicate clearly and professionally with project managers through email and verbal interactions
* Check and approve the design with static calculation from assist engineers
* Suggest new or modified project design by submitting ideas for new products.
* Provide our customers with the most cost-effective formwork or shoring solution utilizing PERI's standard products and systems.
* Work closely with the sales engineers
* Be creative, use engineering skills and abilities to develop solutions to the projects presented providing accurate and economical drawings
* Interacting closely with customers, engineering team, conducting site service on jobsites and support the sales department
* Provide training to new design engineers
* Provide consultation suggetions to Sales team regarding Formwark and Scaffolding
* Degree in Civil Engineering
* Proven track record as a Design Engineer in PERI Engineering team
* Outstanding Technical knowledge of PERI products and their use
* Excellent knowledge of static calculation
* Excellent leadership skills
* Responsible, self-motivated, ability to lead results
* Excellent in AutoCAD
* Fluency in English
