A well-established company in the business of Agriculture/Horticulture. They
currently have 10-hectare farm equipped with the latest growing technologies.
Now 90-95% of the production including world's best varieties of palm trees,
fruit plants, trees, shrubs, ground covers, lawn grasses, annuals, perennials
& indoor plants with excellent quality are being produced.
About the Role
To manage and oversee the day to day store operations including monitoring
staff performance, customer service, systems, financial performance, and
product Inventory.
About You
Ideal candidate would have
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant
* Proven working experience as an Showroom Manager within the Agriculture Sector
* Sufficient knowledge of Horticulture
* Demonstrable experience in Business Development and Sales Management.
* Demonstrates good communication (English and Arabic) and organizational skills.
* Must be residing in Kuwait
