Main responsibilities and scope:
Tasks and duties:
* Lead the Procurement centralization project for KAC and set up Standard terms and conditions for contracts as well as supplier code of ethics
* Create a category mapping structure to enhance focus and ownership of the spend
* Network and source reliable vendors and suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices in accordance with KAC regulations and policies
* Lead service/product negotiations towards best outcomes in terms of price, delivery timelines, quality and other key criteria, as identified by all business units
* Lead the contract management process to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with KAC regulations and the laws of the State of Kuwait
* Acts as member of the bidding Committee as required by KAC regulations
* Plan, execute and finalize facilities projects according to strict deadlines and budgets, reporting on key milestones and deliverables as required.
