Your 'day to day':
* Lead on B2B programs for Kuwait by providing operational follow-ups and insights from distributor and retailers to run the business and achieve program important metrics, and provide proposals to the Management team.
* Ensure that all necessary activities and tasks are performed by retailers and are done per the relevant policies & practices, gather approvals, and provide reporting vs the agreed plans. Align with all relevant partners to ensure a smooth deployment of our retailer engagement and rewards.
* Follow up and support in the execution of B2B2C programs such as Click and Collect/Care & Retail Lead Generation to facilitate the management decisions. Ensure proper stocks & PPOSM deployment across trade to have the visibility and availability of the products on the POS. Collaborate with the region for innovative solutions to improve program efficiency and viability.
* Support Indirect Retail team in loyalty programs, assuring the quality of execution and availability of necessary material for B2B program deployment. Ensure the administration according to the PMI policies & practices and retail rewarding reporting accuracy.
* Lead cross-functional teams to facilitate reporting, tracking, retailer follow-ups, and alignment with business partners to facilitate management decisions.
* Analyze market trends and competition activities which will help in coming up with trade programs that increase the share of the market.
Who we're looking for:
* College/University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing
* Minimum 5 years of commercial experience preferably with different sectors
* Stakeholder, customer, and distributor relationship management experience
* Advanced skills in communication and negotiation
* Ability to analyze, understand, and present data
* Advanced MS office skills, knowledge of TM principles, knowledge of basic finance
* Fluency in English and Arabic
