Transformation in the Transformation Management department, in this role your
responsibilities will include but not limited to:"
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the transformation team and
ensuring that the company's strategy is implemented as per the guidelines and
instructions provided to you from the Head of Transformation.
* Providing project and program management for cross-functional initiatives, you'll focus on meeting increased demand and improving outcomes of your main responsibilities that center on benchmarking and analyzing the four pillars of transformation: Growth, Profitability, ESG, and Customer Experience, increasing their efficiencies, identifying gaps and proposing methods of remedy.
* Responsible for supporting the delivery of creative and tangible service and product improvements through a broad spectrum of transformation and change methodologies. You will be providing support on a portfolio of change programs and working with teams that cut across different departments, functions, and organizations, both internally with teams and support services as well as externally with partners and suppliers.
* Manage external vendors and set company needs and ensure that they are met.
* plan and garner approvals for your sections annual budgets and coordinate the budget of other departments transformation projects.
