Job Description

• Develop programmes to implement transformational change that will enable the organization to deliver products and services which are efficient and highly effective of high-quality and user centered.


• Develop, manage, monitor and implement the group's digital strategy in line with organizational values, objectives and priorities


• Develop, monitor and support Magints' RTM strategy in line with digital factory objectives.


• Develop, implement, and maintain the digital factory operating rhythm including cadence of scrum of scrum meetings, QBR's and other key meetings and reporting requirements.


• Create and support an environment of digital innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of stakeholders and members.


• Create and embed a prioritization approach to develop a roadmap for innovation with the relevant processes, tools and metrics to support business objectives and new growth opportunities.


• Providing leadership for end-to-end delivery of all digital projects, including technology delivery.


• Capturing strategic issues and options for supporting and influencing the business strategy.


• Fostering innovation across the holding enabling cost and operational efficiencies.


• Acts as coach/mentor to team members and supports each individual's development.


• Lead the adoption of agile standards and ways of working across the enterprise providing education and coaching.


• Periodically report to the management on progress of digital roadmap, identified risks and issues/ problems, dependencies and budget.

Requirements**
* Bachelor 's degree in engineering, computer science or BA.
* ‎10+ years of consulting or industry experience with at least ‎3 years in a lead role in effective digital transformation management.
* An Engineering expert with extensive experience in running large scale digital transformation programs in mid to big size enterprises.
* Deep understanding of the Digital industry, and the issues and opportunities its players face, in area such as technology, data and business change.
* Deep understanding of how technology and digital unlocks value for business leaders.
* Hands on experience in delivering success change agendas.
* PMP/Prince II certification would be preferred.
* Extensive experience in leadership and relationship management.
* Good listening skills, ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issues.
* Experience in structuring and developing compelling proposals.
* Extensive experience in working with multi-skilled teams (Project Managers, UX Designers, Software Engineers and QA Engineers) on projects that touch a range of technical platforms.
* Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, software build and change delivery.
* Strong ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders.
* An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems.
* Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to put theory in practice.
