Position Overview:
The candidate will be supporting Retail Credit with meaningful business and
financial intelligence. The job holder is expected to contribute to the
overall business planning, strategy, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop an understanding of the process, measures, and value drivers for the
business.
Build reports to provide business intelligence and analytical support to the
stakeholders, on topics like:
Key performance indicators/measures
Credit Risk, delinquency, and follow-up measures
Financial and operational metrics
Budgets and forecasts, including cash flow and working capital projection
Customer satisfaction and experience insights
Business development opportunities
Benchmark and market studies
Revenue maximization, promotion planning and pricing
Cost minimization, operational efficiency and process improvement
Capital expenditure approvals
Provide in-depth analysis/commentary to the management on key trends, alerts,
issues.
Liaise with process owners and develop a trusted partner status through high
quality support and decision aiding analysis
Candidate Requirements
University Graduate in Finance or Accounting .
Professionally qualified – CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA would be highly preferred
2-4 years of experience within finance domain in bank or similar industry.
Strong analytical skills; should be capable of identifying and interpreting
key business drivers.
Previous experience with ERP systems like SAP or Kerridge and analytical
platforms like Tableau/Power BI is desirable.
Self-starter, able to work across functions and in teams. Results-driven, with
the ability to perform on unstructured assignments.
Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a multicultural environment .
Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
