Job Summary
Providing administrative and clerical support on highly skilled basis and
supporting the licensing procedures paper work flow through working on a one–
to– one basis with the Senior Supervisor to provide professional governmental
documentation support and perform other related duties as required.
Job Responsibilities
* Assisting in devising and maintaining office systems, including data managements and filling.
* Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
* Providing all the requirements paper & documents and fill the applications for Business Licensing & Support staff which requested from the ministries.
* Assisting in liaising with Business Licensing & Support staff and BU’s.
* Registering and renewing the certificates CTC, CAIT and CITRA Kuwait.
* Providing all the updated documents that requested from ES Department.
* Providing all the requested documents that requested from the BU’s.
* Printing out all the Annual authorization signatures for the company’s.
Candidate Requirements
* Have a very good command in English / Arabic (Speaking, Writing and Reading).
* 3-5 Years of Work Experience in a range of licenses issuance & renewal processes.
* Computer Skills and MS office proficiency.
* Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
* Negotiation skills.
* Stress and time management skills.
* Team building.

* Ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time.
