Description
Job Purpose: Ensure accurate and timely filing and archiving of credit
applications, memos, requests in line with credit policies, as well as CBK
reporting.
Accountabilities:
a) Scan and file all credit approvals and internal requests in a timely
and efficient manner in fire-proof cabinets.
b) Update Masterlog with all received CA approvals from Credit Review and
Internal borrowing documents from Business.
c) Review credit application checklist and ensure that application is
delivered to appropriate unit.
d) Update and inform CBK reporting Department on all processed application
in a timely manner.
e) Follow up and update manager on all pending issues on a weekly basis.
f) Ensure proper filing of original borrowing documents and contracts in a
timely manner with attention to details.
g) Timely answer of all questions and inquiries from other internal
departments (Corporate, Business Banking, Legal, IT …etc.
h) Prepare credit files as per Legal Department Requests to initiate legal
action.
i) Respond to Audit Department requests to check physical files in a
timely manner.
Qualifications*
Education/Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
a) Education / Qualifications:
Banking/Administration
b) Knowledge:
Computer proficiency (MS Office/Excel/Bank applications)
c) Experience:*
1-2 years experience in Office Management and Administration.
d) Accreditation / Licensing: N/A
e) Generic & Specific Skills: **
Good communication skills in Arabic & English
