About the Role
To perform marketing and leasing management activities including organizing
the retail tenancy mix within the processing time frame, internal operations,
external operations and reporting activities.
About You
Ideally considers candidates with the following :
* Bachelor's Degree in Management or any related field.
* At least 1 - 3 years' experience working within mall (shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies) and at their office building (Law Firms, Financial Services, Consultancies, E-Commerce, etc.)
* Good communication and relationship building skills.
* Having customer service or sales related role would be relevant.
* Preferably only Kuwaiti candidate.
* Monitoring all leasing terms and agreements in UAE and regions * Initiating timely action and following desired results as per the management directives * Preparing monthly reports of upcoming lease renewals 6-8 months prior to expiry and keeping updated status reports. Documenting all commun…
