Key Responsibilities:
* AR Invoicing and Receipts: Handle accounts receivable functions, including generating and processing invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collection.
* AP Invoicing and Payments: Manage accounts payable activities, including processing invoices, coordinating payments, and maintaining accurate records.
* Revenue Transfer to Owner LMA/RGS (DP Books): Facilitate the seamless transfer of revenue to the appropriate entities while adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
* Bank Reconciliation: Utilize your experience in bank reconciliation to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
* Passing Accrual Entries for AP/AR in GL Module: Perform necessary accrual entries in the general ledger module, ensuring accurate representation of financial transactions.
* Liaising with Lease Admins/Legal Team: Collaborate with lease administrators and legal team members to address statement of account and lease-related queries promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
* BCom Degree or equivalent.
* Experience in Oracle/Fusion/ERP software, with a solid understanding of its functionalities and applications.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to perform data analysis and reporting tasks effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and an ability to identify discrepancies or errors in financial records.
* Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
* Previous experience in AR and AP functions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
* Familiarity with revenue transfer processes and general ledger entries.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as lease administrators and legal professionals, to resolve queries and ensure accurate financial reporting.
