Investor Relations Specialist
About the job
We are offering below ‎2 options, Team member has flexibility to choose any ‎1
out of the ‎2 options.
Option ‎1: Team member would be receiving Company Shares in our funding round
which closes anytime after ‎01-July-‎2024. The allocated shares value will be
calculated on the basis of the number of hours the team member have
contributed. Equity Shares will be calculated on the basis of £‎15/Hr (GBP) &
company shares will be allocated to team members in the funding round which
closes anytime after ‎01-July-‎2024.
Every member of the team is expected to contribute a minimum of ‎2.5 hrs/day
contributions.

Option ‎2: No company shares. Team member would receive ‎2.5% success fee of the
fund received through the respective investor to whom the team member has
represented. (Ex: TeamMember1 has brought the Investor1 and Investor1 invested
£‎100,000 in ROPTIA & TeamMember2 has brought the Investor2 and Investor2
invested £‎200,000 in ROPTIA. TeamMember1 would receive £‎2500, TeamMember2
would receive £‎5000 as a success fee)
Overview:
The Investor Relations Specialist will play a key role in securing funds for
ROPTIA through strategic fundraising initiatives and investment activities.
This individual will be responsible for cultivating relationships with
potential investors, both institutional and individual, and will work closely
with the executive team to drive the financial success of the company.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure capital for
the company's growth and expansion.
Identify and engage potential investors, including institutional investors,
high-net-worth individuals, and strategic partners.
Organize and participate in investor meetings, presentations, and events.
Collaborate with the executive team to create compelling investment materials,
including pitch decks and investment proposals.
Source and evaluate potential direct investment opportunities that align with
the company's strategic goals.
Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment targets, including
financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
Negotiate and structure investment deals in collaboration with the executive
team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
Act as the key point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries and
providing regular updates on the company's financial performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between investor
expectations and company objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in fundraising and direct investment Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk
management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
