Job Description
Manage and implement large-scale infrastructure projects in Kuwait, covering
Utilities, Tanks/drainage.
Ability to calculate manpower requirements and manhours required to do
the work for specific Box Culvert areas.
Ensure project execution within budget, and specified timelines through
assessment and collaboration with project teams and contractors.
Additional experience in the construction of Roads, and Bridges is an added
value.
Experience:
Minimum 7 years in mass civil infrastructure projects covering all utilities.
Proven experience in Urban construction projects, specifically in earthwork
including excavation, backfilling, and Box Culvert grace structure
construction.
Evaluate project costs, resource requirements, and specifications and provide
technical guidance.
Ability to calculate manpower requirements and manhours required to do
the work for specific Box Culvert areas and ensuring adherence to the work
plans.
Additional experience in Road and Bridges construction is an added value.
Good understanding of Project Management principles and proficiency in
project estimation, measurements, budgeting, and cost control.
Conduct on-site visits to monitor project progress and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and team-oriented approach.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, KSE accreditation desired.

بما في ذلك أعمال الحفر، والردم، وبناء هيكل الـ Box Culvert.
تقييم تكاليف المشروع ومتطلبات الموارد والمواصفات وتقديمها
التوجيه الفني.
القدرة على حساب متطلبات القوى العاملة وساعات العمل المطلوبة للقيام بها
العمل في مناطق Box Culvert المحددة وضمان الالتزام بالعمل
خطط.
تعتبر الخبرة الإضافية في بناء الطرق والجسور قيمة مضافة.
الفهم الجيد لمبادئ إدارة المشاريع والكفاءة فيها
تقدير المشروع والقياسات والميزنة ومراقبة التكاليف.
إجراء زيارات ميدانية لمراقبة تقدم المشروع والامتثال له.
تواصل ممتاز ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين ونهج موجه نحو الفريق.
مؤهل:
درجة البكالوريوس في
الهندسة المدنية، مطلوب اعتماد KSE.
