Our client is looking for a Senior Quality Control Engineer with a strong
understanding of production quality, mechanical & Electrical engineering in
Lighting Industry that is highly organized, dedicated, and proactive
individual who leads by example and has a strong understanding of LED
Technology and Lighting Products.
Your main tasks will be:
Sound knowledge of the latest international Standards relevant to the Products
in the lighting industry;
To set up independently an in-house testing facility for routine testing of
Lighting Products;
Vendor Development Activities & upgradation;
Manage the Incoming quality inspection for Lighting Products;
Prepare a checklist and inspection procedure for each process to ensure the
quality of the product;
Product audit in the warehouse;
Rejection Analysis, Maintain quality level as per quality plan;
Keep all the records of inspection and test reports as per ISO ‎9001;
System Corrective action against Quality Abnormality and giving directions to
vendors for prevention (Vendor Development Activities & up gradation);
Monitor & prepare supplier metrics performance based on KPIs (PPM, Yield,
Complaints) and follow up the corrective actions;
Guidance and technical expertise to the QC team in performing tests, analyzing
results, and making quality-related decisions;
Design and execute testing protocols, including performance, durability,
safety, and reliability tests for lighting products;
Oversees the Design Quality process to fulfill production and manufacturing
requirements;
Conduct thorough inspections and testing of lighting products to ensure
compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer
requirements;
Supervise and mentor a team of QC engineers, technicians, and inspectors;
Analyze test data, identify trends, and collaborate with design and
engineering teams to resolve any quality-related issues;
Investigation and Root Cause Analysis derived from Customer
Complaints/Warranty developing Corrective/Preventive Actions, and Non
conformances;
Ensure that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations;
Coordinate the creation and Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA)
processes of all standard and custom Bills of Material(s).

education & qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Electrical, E& P or Industrial Engineering; in that order of
pref.,
Successful experience in the Lighting industry;
Highly preferred with good GCC/ME/Africa experience;
Knowledge with ERP Systems, Dialux, Auto CAD, Edward & Tally;
‎10+ years solid Lighting experience with established organizations, preferably
within the same industry.

يقود بالقدوة ولديه فهم قوي لتكنولوجيا LED ومنتجات الإضاءة. .
ستكون مهامك الرئيسية هي:
المعرفة السليمة بأحدث المعايير الدولية ذات الصلة بالمنتجات في صناعة الإضاءة؛
إنشاء منشأة اختبار داخلية بشكل مستقل للاختبار الروتيني لمنتجات الإضاءة؛
أنشطة تطوير البائعين والارتقاء بهم؛
إدارة فحص الجودة الواردة لمنتجات الإضاءة.
إعداد قائمة مرجعية وإجراءات التفتيش لكل عملية لضمان جودة المنتج؛
تدقيق المنتج في المستودع؛
تحليل الرفض، والحفاظ على مستوى الجودة وفقًا لخطة الجودة؛
الاحتفاظ بجميع سجلات تقارير الفحص والاختبار وفقًا للمواصفة ISO ‎9001؛
الإجراء التصحيحي للنظام ضد خلل الجودة وإعطاء التوجيهات للبائعين للوقاية (أنشطة
تطوير البائع والتدرج الأعلى)؛
مراقبة وإعداد أداء مقاييس المورد بناءً على مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (PPM،
العائد، الشكاوى) ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية.
التوجيه والخبرة الفنية لفريق مراقبة الجودة في إجراء الاختبارات وتحليل النتائج
واتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بالجودة؛
تصميم وتنفيذ بروتوكولات الاختبار، بما في ذلك اختبارات الأداء والمتانة والسلامة
والموثوقية لمنتجات الإضاءة.
يشرف على عملية جودة التصميم لتلبية متطلبات الإنتاج والتصنيع.
إجراء عمليات تفتيش واختبار شاملة لمنتجات الإضاءة لضمان الامتثال لمعايير
الصناعة ولوائح السلامة ومتطلبات العملاء؛
الإشراف والتوجيه على فريق من مهندسي مراقبة الجودة والفنيين والمفتشين.
تحليل بيانات الاختبار وتحديد الاتجاهات والتعاون مع فرق التصميم والهندسة لحل أي
مشكلات متعلقة بالجودة.
التحقيق وتحليل السبب الجذري المستمد من شكاوى العملاء/الضمانات، وتطوير
الإجراءات التصحيحية/الوقائية، وعدم المطابقة؛
التأكد من أن سير العمل والعمليات والمنتجات تتوافق مع لوائح السلامة؛
تنسيق عمليات الإنشاء ومراقبة الجودة (QC) وضمان الجودة (QA) لجميع فواتير المواد
القياسية والمخصصة.

التعليم والمؤهلات:
بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو الهندسة الصناعية؛
بهذا الترتيب المفضل،
تجربة ناجحة في صناعة الإضاءة.
يفضل بشدة مع خبرة جيدة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي/الشرق الأوسط/أفريقيا؛
المعرفة بأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP)، وDialux، وAuto CAD، وEduard &
Tally؛
أكثر من ‎10 سنوات من الخبرة القوية في مجال الإضاءة مع المنظمات القائمة، ويفضل
أن يكون ذلك في نفس الصناعة.
