Job Description
Responsible for operations and maintenance of steel melt shop from scrap
processing to billets production, plant setup consisting of induction
furnaces, two strand CCM, scrap processing unit and rolling mills.
Monitoring the melting shop performance on daily basis
Support the company of proper selection of the SMS process and equipment.
Check and verify all the chemical additions in the alloy by lab reports and
its effect by testing it on Mechanical test.
Planning of maintenance without affection production.
Controlling all shift activities
Ensure the rated production realization.
Implement the safe operating procedures of the plant.
Responsible to implement safety and environment policies.
Daily monitoring of refractory of ladles, tundish and IF
Daily reports of all activities in refractory department
Manage all activities of IF lining process, ladle lining and ladle Operation
Design and control the equipment used in refractory
Provide proper guidelines Technical and non-technical to the refractory
engineers
Provide technical guidelines to engineers and work force to achieve their
necessary targets according to given policies
SKILLS
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
15 years of experience as a Steel Factory Manager

- مسؤول عن تنفيذ سياسات السلامة والبيئة.
الرصد اليومي لمقاومة المغارف والتنديش والIF
تقارير يومية عن كافة الأنشطة بقسم الحراريات
إدارة جميع أنشطة عملية البطانة وبطانة المغرفة وتشغيل المغرفة
تصميم ومراقبة المعدات المستخدمة في الحراريات
تقديم الإرشادات المناسبة التقنية وغير الفنية لمهندسي الحراريات
توفير الإرشادات الفنية للمهندسين والقوى العاملة لتحقيق أهدافهم الضرورية وفقًا
للسياسات المحددة
