Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top
talent.
Screen and interview candidates, assess their skills and qualifications.
Create and implement onboarding programs to help new employees acclimate to
the company culture and role.
Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and
fostering a positive work environment.
Enforce company policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer payroll and benefits programs.
Develop and recommend competitive compensation packages.
Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
Identify and assess employee training needs.
Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and
performance.
Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Prepare and submit HR reports to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field (preferred).
Minimum ‎3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in HR technology and software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

تطوير وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية لتحسين مهارات الموظفين وأدائهم.
تتبع وقياس فعالية البرامج التدريبية.
الامتثال وإعداد التقارير:
التأكد من الامتثال لقوانين ولوائح العمل ذات الصلة.
الحفاظ على سجلات الموظفين دقيقة وسرية.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير الموارد البشرية إلى الإدارة العليا.
مهارات ومؤهلات:
درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضل).
- خبرة لا تقل عن ‎3 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في دور
قيادي.
فهم قوي لمبادئ وممارسات الموارد البشرية.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين وحل النزاعات.
- يتقن تكنولوجيا وبرمجيات الموارد البشرية.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة أولويات متعددة
