Delivery company required outdoor sales manager to generate new business in
the delivery field as a
service provider to the restaurants, F&B; and retail sector. To create new
customers, clients and retain
existing customers & clients.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the customer & clients.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales
targets
Ensure that customer needs are met by providing expert advice and resolving
issues
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, clients & vendors
Supervise and train sales staff members to provide excellent customer service
and achieve sales goals
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, services, and competitor activities to
provide competitive advantages
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures,
rules, and regulations
SKILLS
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing
precise reports.
Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the
company.
Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for
potential leads.
Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging
information, tactics, and excellent communication.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
‎5-‎6 years of experience in sale, preferably in the foods & services sector
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer issues
Knowledge of restaurants, food and retail sector
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
