WE ARE HIRING
Business Development Executive
Your Responsibilities:
Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on
business development opportunities for management.
Provide support for the Manager-Business Development and team for data
analysis and reporting for BD needs, including monthly reporting functions.
Includes developing/completing monthly reports and data collection and
analysis.
Conduct competitive product analysis and market research to develop roadmap
and sales strategy working cohesively with the internal team, marketing staff,
and other managers to understand client requirements, secure new business and
maximize overall revenue.
Identify, analyze and recommend specific business opportunities for the
profitable external growth and diversification of ACICO Group through merger,
acquisition and divestures to meet Business Development targets.
Follow up with governmental authorities to obtain approvals of documents
required for starting the project and ensure these documents are filed for
easy retrieval of information in the future.
Assist the Manager-Business Development in the investigations and negotiations
pertaining to mergers, joint ventures, acquisition of businesses or the sale
of major assets.
Undertake feasibility studies, provide input and help in the preparation of
feasibility studies for the new products.
Recommend course of action based on the evaluation of Feasibility studies
conducted including assessment of opportunity and risk areas.
Update database of documents of client information on a regular basis and file
all documents at all times as required to ensure easy retrieval of information
in future.
Experience:
Minimum ‎5 to ‎7 years of working experience in constructions or building
materials.
Knowledge and Skills:
knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Reporting writing.
Proficiency in English and Arabic language - oral and written.

المشاريع المشتركة أو الاستحواذ على الشركات أو بيع الأصول الرئيسية.
إجراء دراسات الجدوى وتقديم المدخلات والمساعدة في إعداد دراسات الجدوى للمنتجات
الجديدة.
التوصية بمسار العمل بناءً على تقييم دراسات الجدوى التي تم إجراؤها بما في ذلك
تقييم الفرص ومجالات المخاطر.
قم بتحديث قاعدة بيانات وثائق معلومات العميل بشكل منتظم وحفظ جميع المستندات في
جميع الأوقات كما هو مطلوب لضمان سهولة استرجاع المعلومات في المستقبل.
خبرة:
– خبرة لا تقل عن ‎5 إلى ‎7 سنوات في مجال الإنشاءات أو مواد البناء.
المعرفة والمهارات:
المعرفة في مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
كتابة التقارير.
إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية - تحدثاً وكتابة.
