Credit Executive
About the job
Job description:
Purpose:
To implement effective collection plans and achieve station collection target.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer
a. Macro
Handle account customers ‘collections.
b. Micro Contact customers/defaulters for pending payment issues.
Visit customers to achieve pre-set collection plans.
Coordinate with the team(s) regarding any issue related to customers’ account
collection.
Notify the credit officer about any customer having a cash flow issue.
Coordinate with the invoicing team for any special requirements on customers’
invoices.
2. People
a. Macro
Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives
b. Micro
Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
3. Operations
a. Macro
Implement effective collection plan.
b. Micro
Prepare the daily collection plan and arrange collections accordingly.
Issue receipts for check/cash collections.
Ensure customers receive all issued invoices.
Assist in reconciling customers’ credit statement and customs reports while
ensuring timely payments are done.
Adhere to company HSSE, compliance and sustainability corporate policies and
standards
4. Financial Results
a. Macro
Comply with collection plan to achieve monthly station collection target (SCT)
and set Average Collection Period (ACP).
b. Micro
Process Customers’ payments.
Ensure that receipt voucher is kept safe and handed over to cashier when it’s
finished
Verify customers’ accounts balances with Aramex balances to ensure
reconciliation.
Ensure depositing the daily cash and checks collections to the cashier.
Notify the customer for overdue invoices to minimize accounts blocking
