HRIS Officer - SAP
About the job
System Administration: The SAP HRIS Officer is responsible for the
administration and configuration of the SAP HRIS system. They ensure the
system is properly set up, manage user access and security roles, and maintain
system parameters and configurations.
Data Management: They oversee the management of employee data within the SAP
HRIS system. This includes data entry, data validation, data integrity checks,
and data maintenance. They ensure that employee records are accurate, up-to-
date, and comply with relevant regulations and policies.
System Upgrades and Enhancements: The SAP HRIS Officer collaborates with the
IT team and functional HR teams to plan and implement system upgrades,
patches, and enhancements. They conduct testing and quality assurance to
ensure system changes are effectively implemented and meet user requirements.
Reporting and Analytics: They develop and generate HR reports and analytics
using the SAP HRIS system. This includes creating standard reports,
