About the job
Job Summary:
As a Financial Reporting and Budgeting Manager, you will hold a leadership
role responsible for overseeing and leading the financial controllers' team.
Your primary responsibilities include validating, verifying, and consolidating
annual operating budgets to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic
objectives. You will play a pivotal role in continuous cost optimization
initiatives, monthly controlling reports, and the maintenance and development
of the company's financial model. Internal controls, budget change request
processes, and cash flow monitoring will be under your purview.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Implement Budget Models:
Develop and implement advanced budget models for various departments and the
entire organization.
Ensure that these budget models align with the organization's strategic

Financial Analysis and Interpretation:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including assessing revenues,
