About the job
Job Summary:
The Leasing and Property Management Specialist (Commercial) at Abyat Mega
Store will play a crucial role in managing and leasing commercial properties
owned or operated by the company.
This position is responsible for ensuring that properties are leased
efficiently and maintained to the highest standards, with a focus on
maximizing revenue and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Management:
Identify potential tenants and negotiate lease agreements.
Conduct market research to determine competitive rental rates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available spaces.
Prepare and manage lease documents and related paperwork.
Maintain records of lease agreements and tenant information.
Property Maintenance:
Oversee maintenance and repairs of commercial properties.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors to address issues promptly.
Ensure that properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and inspections.
Tenant Relations:
