Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager, Commercial Vehicle Sales
Join our team as an Assistant Manager for Commercial Vehicle Sales. In this
role, you will manage sales activities of Commercial Vehicle brands in order
to achieve sales targets, turnover, profit, market share growth, and customer
satisfaction index.
Responsibilities:
Visit key account customers to stimulate interest in establishing or expanding
Commercial vehicle sales and explain features to the customers; determine
type, quality, and quantity of vehicles and identify their needs.
Generate Sales leads, identify new business opportunities, follow up on the
sales agreements with the customers.
Finalize and execute sales orders upon management approvals.
Ensure that the sales team and clients are up to date with the specifications
of the products and services offered by the company.
Review product specifications to ensure functional and technical accuracy and
meet customer-required specifications.
Ensure Commercial Vehicle delivery to customers by following up with the
delivery section and ensuring all special specifications are installed and
tested properly.
Follow up with the customer after delivery and ensure service if required in
coordination with the Service department.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while transacting with
credit customers.
Review and approve quotations and invoices as per company standards.
Analyze and respond to customer queries and pay special attention to the key
account customers.
Negotiate with customers on the price up to the approval limit and obtain GM's
approval on special prices upon customer request.
Review daily sales reports on business transactions, customer feedback, market
conditions, and competition and submit to GM.
Collect required customer documents and forward them to the Sales
Administration team to secure necessary approvals.
Coordinate with principals on price negotiation and other matters of
importance.
People Management:
Assign goals and objectives to staff, monitor achievement of team
objectives/key performance indicators (KPIs), and counsel employees on
achievement of targets and KPIs.
Prepare performance planning (PP), conduct performance appraisal (PA) and
PP/PA interviews including employee development plans, and counsel employees
on career progression opportunities.
Handle grievances raised by subordinates in a prompt and effective manner and
escalate matters when required.
Recommend disciplinary action.
Participate in interview panels for selection and promotion of staff.

تركيب جميع المواصفات الخاصة واختبارها بشكل صحيح.
المتابعة مع العميل بعد التسليم والتأكد من الخدمة إذا لزم الأمر بالتنسيق مع قسم
الخدمة.
ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها أثناء التعامل مع عملاء الائتمان.
مراجعة عروض الأسعار والفواتير والموافقة عليها وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.
تحليل استفسارات العملاء والرد عليها وإيلاء اهتمام خاص لعملاء الحساب الرئيسيين.
التفاوض مع العملاء بشأن السعر حتى حد الموافقة والحصول على موافقة جنرال موتورز
