Restaurant Manager

the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the
highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.
Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
Involved in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
Oversee and coordinate all restaurant activities, from seating arrangements to
customer service to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the restaurant
to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to
maintain high levels of customer happiness.
Ensure that the restaurant's atmosphere, cleanliness, and service quality meet
or exceed customer expectations.
Train and onboard new staff members, providing ongoing coaching and guidance.
Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and manage staff performance, including
conducting performance evaluations.
Set and monitor sales targets, analyze financial reports, and take appropriate
actions to achieve revenue goals.
Manage costs by optimizing inventory levels, minimizing wastage, and
controlling operational expenses.
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to
brand standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting
regular inspections and training to maintain high standards.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders in coordination with purchasing
dept. to ensure availability while minimizing waste.
Oversee the receiving, storage, and rotation of goods to ensure freshness and
quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or
related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years’ experience of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in
a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
