Salary Range - KWD 2000
Note- Latest experience in Telco/Telecom for at least 4 year is mandatory for
the role
Education
· Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent
industry experience)
· Good experience in Agile methodology (Scrum Framework)
Experience
· 8+ years of experience in configuration, Deployment and fine-tuning Siebel
CRM
· Siebel IP17, IP19.x hands-on experience
Soft Skills
· Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing
their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and
experience.
· Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without
supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.
· Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills
Technical Skills
· Telecom Industry Knowledge is must.
· Excellent knowledge of Custom Order Management Functionality.
· Excellent knowledge of Product configuration, Pricing etc.,
· Good hands-on experience in Production Troubleshooting with the Telco
domain.
· Excellent understanding of Siebel Enterprise Architecture
· Excellent understanding of Siebel Best Practices
· Expert in Siebel configuration (UI Layer, BO Layer and Data object layer)
· Expert in workflows
· Expert in Siebel development skills in implementing Siebel Configurations,
Siebel Scripting (Server & Browser), Workflow Processes, Workflow Policies,
Runtime events, Business Services, Siebel Integration (EAI), TBUI, RCR, Web
services, Data Maps
· Excellent knowledge of TBUI will be a added advantage
· Good Knowledge on SQL
· Experience in multi-lingual implementation (Not Mandatory)
