Telecom Industry Knowledge is must.
Excellent knowledge of Custom Order Management Functionality.
Excellent knowledge of Product configuration, Pricing etc.,
Good hands-on experience in Production Troubleshooting with the Telco domain.
Excellent understanding of Siebel Enterprise Architecture
Excellent understanding of Siebel Best Practices
Expert in Siebel configuration (UI Layer, BO Layer and Data object layer)
Expert in workflows
Expert in Siebel development skills in implementing Siebel Configurations,
Siebel Scripting (Server & Browser), Workflow Processes, Workflow Policies,
Runtime events, Business Services, Siebel Integration (EAI), TBUI, RCR, Web
services, Data Maps
Excellent knowledge of TBUI will be a added advantage
Good Knowledge on SQL
Experience in multi-lingual implementation (Not Mandatory)
Experience
8+ years of experience in configuration, Deployment and fine-tuning Siebel CRM
Siebel IP17, IP19.x hands-on experience
Good experience in Agile methodology (Scrum Framework)
Good to Have
Experience in Open UI Concepts - Implementing PM & PR, Customizing Themes,
Debugging Techniques, Manifest Administration
Experience with IP20X + with good knowledge of Siebel Architecture and
Workspaces.
Experience in server management tasks
Experience with BI Publisher
