About the job
We are looking for an Autodesk MEP Application Engineer (specialized in BIM)
to provide training, support services and engages our customers in providing
effective technical solutions, directions, and troubleshooting advise. The
person must have good knowledge in AEC Industry workflows and MEP Industry
practices. Also having a strong knowledge in Autodesk MEP products including
Revit MEP, AutoCAD Electrical, AutoCAD MEP, Autodesk MEP Fabrications products
is must. A good communication and analytical skill are essential for this role
for effective delivery of training, presentations and webinars. Autodesk MEP
Certified instructors with good experience is preferable for this role. This
role reports to a Regional Sales Manager should work along with team to
achieve individual, team, and organizational goals.
Location: Kuwait, Qatar
Responsibilities
Provide Training and Support Services for Autodesk MEP Products (Revit,
AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD Electrical, Autodesk MEP Fabrication Products)
Taking Customer facing presentations, Seminar, Webinars and Product
Demonstrations.
Taking lead in providing support services and troubleshooting related to
Autodesk Products
Resolve customer issues reported on Autodesk Products via phone, web, online
forums and other channels. Manage customer expectations by providing timely
updates on the progress
Over the Shoulder training, Developing and Shadowing Inhouse Sales Team.
Attain Autodesk Technical Presales Certifications.
Preparing tailor-made curriculums for training matching client requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with a good
understanding in Building Services Engineering (MEP).
5+ years of experience working in customer-facing roles as a technical
solutions engineer.
A good knowledge in BIM process and MEP Industry practices.
A good experience in providing training for both Academia and Corporate
Firms.
A Strong Knowledge in Autodesk MEP Products.
An understanding of Autodesk Cloud Solutions.
Good Communication and Analytical Skills.
Good written and spoken English proficiency.
Availability and willingness to travel.
Candidates presently in Kuwait are preferred.
