Incident Response Coordinator for MENA IR team under the Global Services
Department
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Work as a liaison from Trend Micro to Customer Management teams
* Manage the relationships with major stakeholders (the customer, sales, partners, and Trend Micro technical teams).
* Acts as a technical liaison, providing greater insight into the customer system, and greater responsiveness and accountability for the customer.
* Actively involved in aligning resources on case needs with different teams and experts
* Track IR Case Work and follow up with IR Engineers to complete tasks on time.
* Work with Sales Teams to build the proper solutions needed to protect the customer moving forward, which would drive business development from a Security first standpoint.
* Manage hardware and software inventory that is allocated to customers and License Expiration dates.
* Hand-off/turnover of customer to normal Support operations once IR engagement scope has been completed and the Final report is handed over to the customer.
Qualifications:
* A guideline would be a total of 3-8 years of experience.
* Fluent command in Arabic and English both written and spoken
* At least two years of experience in an IT and preferably in a security related role
* At least two years of experience in customer interfacing and explaining technical information to both technical non-technical people
* Experience in interfacing with or being part of DFIR activity and knowledge of the high level IR process is a plus
* Familiarity with Trend Micro products is a clear advantage
* Experience with presales and sales cycle is a clear advantage. The IR coordinator is someone with business acumen who is able to explain the added value of the IR service (or others) and its contractual details.
* Experience in IT project management preferably security related ones is an advantage
* Based or Ready to relocate in Egypt
