The Position
Responsibilities
The Retina Partner is an 18 months temp entry level role within the affiliate,
* Stewards Roche 's products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use, which includes sharing their merits with HCPs in a truthful and balanced manner.
* Implements campaigns with customers and distributes promotional materials as per marketing plan and customer needs.
* Organizes group meetings in major hospitals
* The RP focuses on the right positioning of our products to enhance the treatment of the patients
* Proposes new ideas related to campaigns, promotional material to the pod and are responsible for the implementation after approval.
* Gathering Data & Insights from the market that would help the pod to make decisions.
* The RP focuses on the importance of bringing the outside in, working with partners to uncover all potential opportunities to transform outcomes for patients, faster. They also bring the inside out, to bring Roche expertise, science and knowledge to the ecosystem.
* Identifies important customers and keeps customer Personas up-to-date.
* Continuously revises and updates the customer list & no. of patients in cooperation with the pod.
* Positively participates in Internal meetings to review and discuss: achievements, Opportunities/challenges, Competitors activities.
* Reporting Adverse Events to the Local Safety Unite within Roche timelines.
* Ensuring great experiences whenever stakeholders in the ecosystem engage with Roche employees, products and services.
* The job demands a lot of commuting

Skills and Experience:
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with TAE's and organizations is required.
* Good business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence.
* Able to understand and leverage digital means and tools is desired.
Other relevant capabilities:
* Fluent in the local language.
* Proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise is highly desired
Qualifications:
* Initial qualification: Fresh Graduate
* Scientific University degree.
* Practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies
