Position Summary:
Manage the Companion Animal portfolio in selected key accounts to achieve our
financial objective.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Achieving sales target assigned to his/her territory to achieve market growth required for CA field of Zoetis.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Maintain or exceed territory sales projections monthly as well as annually.
* Create demand of existing products and new launches ensuring availability at retailers and sub-distributors.
* Understand the animal health industry (especially the CA field) to achieve targeted sales success and maximize opportunities of Zoetis products in CA field.
* Working with internal company technical manager, BUM, external distributors, and key accounts.
* Understand market trends to maximize opportunities in CA field of Zoetis products.
* Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules.
* Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products.
* Strengthen customer relationships and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; and making recommendations to management.
* Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present, and discuss this data with Veterinarians during presentations.
* Submission of Daily Reports giving details of day's work consisting of names of Veterinarians and retailers.
