Job Description
* Providing services for all BUs in order management (e.g., order intake, claims & query handling, contracts & promo support, customer master data, local defined tasks)
* Understanding of the whole process from order creation through delivery to invoicing.
* Standards & operative improvement of processes.
* Driving automation in a specific functional area (workflow automation, reporting automation, etc)
* Providing best in class service as a point of contact for customers.
* Providing local requirements and raise topics to the regional BOP team that need overarching solutions
* Regular interactions with Sales & Marketing for clarification of the internal and external requirements and their implementation in the systems (e.g., Online sales)
* Handling Customer back-order management for all BUs
* Responsibility for customer complaint/ query management & on time closure
* Responsibility for coordination of Customer contract management
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant
* 1 - 2 years of experience needed.
* Good knowledge of sales processes & Business Operations management in the demanded area
* Entrepreneurial thinking and autonomous working manner
