Job Responsibilities:
* Tracking the daily concessions reports
* Sending the ops weekly insights and remarks on site/LOB levels
* providing Uber stockholders with our recommendation
* Analyzing the MOM/WOW compliance rates on site/LOB levels
* Sending the ops weekly insights and remarks on site/LOB levels
* Health check on resigned and terminated users across Uber account making sure that all of them are disabled
* Random live audits on agents on floor making sure that they are not accessing forbidden websites/apps or using personal Gmail
* Validate random samples of refunding tickets across all LOBs

* Good Coaching and Monitoring Skills.

* Good Problem Solving and Handling Skills.
* Good Analytical Skills.
