Job Description

Pricing strategy & implementation & maintenance
* Implementing and handling of different pricing tools
* Coordination for new launches / p/n on Area level (price and conditions)
* Being Responsible for the definition and implementation of Pricing processes and IT-Tools like IPT.
* Following-Up and Controlling of price harmonized ranges
* Effective price management for market based pricing.
* Developing Pricing Strategy for area which will deliver profitable growth across the portfolio.
* Leading and drive implementation and execution of the Pricing Strategy across area markets.
* Coordination of new launches for pricing and conditions
* Implementing and follow-up measures to assure defined PCR per BU/CBF
* Building framework to gather competitive pricing intelligence across area
* Driving adoption of global pricing policies and processes within the regional organizations.
* Representing area on all corporate-wide pricing initiatives
* Definition of service catalogues, price waterfall analysis
* Implementing & track defined and agreed price measures
Controlling and Reporting
* Leading area Pricing Governance and monthly reviews with key internal stakeholders to review pricing KPI 's, performance and generate action plans
* Implementing processes to monitor local adherence to agreed pricing strategies for all product lines
* Owning and managing pricing analysis for the BUs, defining the key metrics and delivering required reporting to all key stakeholders.
* Checking of PUG exceptions and changes; coordination between PCM, BU and regions
Product Cost
* Coordinating product cost communication between Product Marketing and regional Product Specialists, marketing managers for annual price round.
* Coordinating product cost communication between Product Marketing and regional Product Specialists, marketing managers for marketing managers changes during the year.
* Coordinating argumentation for marketing managers increases
Processes
* Deployment of Price Strategy Handbook and Pricing processes into regions/countries .
* Implementing Integrated Pricing Tool

Qualifications

EDUCATION
* Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related field of study or equivalent related work experience
* Qualified in Marketing and Sales instruments
* Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages would be advantageous
EXPERIENCE
* ‎3- ‎5 years experience needed
* Automotive Industry is a plus.
* Proven professional pricing related experience required, preferably within Marketing, Commercial or Finance (specific experience of running strategic pricing programmes ideally).
* Knowledge of the use of market research for pricing
* Experience of using revenue management software to analyze and set price.
SKILLS
* Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex situations
* Project Management skills
* Strong analytical and data management skills, and experience in statistical techniques
* Proven track record in influencing Commercial teams to deliver growth through price and profitability management
