Job Description
* Business owner for retail and users in the defined territory: Active development, maintenance and growth of existing and potential dealers and users
* Entrepreneurial turnover and profit responsibility for the region
* Potential oriented retail and user segmentation for a systematic market capture approach for all channels (face to face / digital / outbound / mixed)
* Identification of local Key Users and elaborate user-potential within the defined area (e.g. big construction sites etc)
* Development of direct user relationship in close cooperation with related retail partners in the respective region to drive conversion and gain a deep user, market & competitor understanding
* Responsibility to steer Bosch digital and human resources with retailers and users in the region, "orchestrate the region"
* Support of introduction of digital sales workflows via new B2B portal taking advantage of process improvement potential
* Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing for individual measures
* Systematic follow-up on visits and planning
* Instruction and training of the retailer´s trading staff
* Comments on turnover and profit incl. definition of measures via CRM
Qualifications
Education
* BA/BS University or business administration
* Fluent in Arabic, English
Experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
Skills
* Entrepreneurial thinking
* Autonomous working manner
* Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation
* Basic analytical skills
* Willingness to travel
* Market expert for respective country / area
* Native speaker in respective area
