Our legal department is looking for a Legal Counsel. He/she will provide legal
support to Operation & Services Department that covers the Construction,
Maintenance and the Distribution activities of the Voltalia group
The mission will consist in particular of :
* Responses to calls for tender for third party clients in the UK and International markets (solar almost)
* Analysis, drafting and negotiation of national and international contracts for the construction and operation of renewable power plants. (EPC, O&M)
* Risk analysis, drafting and negotiation of contracts related to distribution activities such as agency, distribution, partnership agreements, GTCs, etc...
* Support to customer and suppliers claims, pre-litigation and litigation
. Support to transversal legal topics such as drafting contracts templates,
legal watch in contract law, liability, public procurement, local
legislations, consumer law, etc.
