Job Description
* Reviewing Robert Bosch Egypt shipments and taking decisions to ship the goods that fulfill market entry requirements.
* Coordinating and representing RBEG GBs input, replies and responses in regards to market entry requirements with the different Egyptian authorities as MTS - NTRS - GOEIC - stamps & scales.. etc.
* Expert guidance and supports to the GBs in all logistics aspects
* Liable to clear RBEG shipments according to the Egyptian laws of importation.
* Responsible for the logistics costs and logistics contribution to the GB P&L for business .
* Manage the clearance broker/s and monitor their performance and provide concrete feedback on different broker/s performance to decision makers
* Analyzing clearance cycle and propose initiatives to reduce logistics costs and to reduce clearance lead time.
* Evaluating and review the business on daily basis and deal with the arising issues, propose and implement solutions accordingly
* Supporting Bosch exports at the origin to understand Egypt complex regulations and provide consultations, guidance and solutions
* Performing and execute all clearance steps on behalf of RBEG on the different authorities platforms when needed : Banks - Nafeza - Cargo X -NTRA
* Performing ‎100% check on RBEG delectations before execution and reject if necessary to amend (HS codes - incoterms - declared value - trade agreements - duties calculations)
* Reporting the Quarterly logistics KPIs and ICS
* Updating the GBs portfolio by maintaining the duty rate
* Coordinating with the tax department for HS code classification & in case of dispute with the customs authorities
* Observing and following up on the new regulations and procedures in Egypt and the implications on RBEG business
* Supporting in invoice verification.
* Accountable for Bosch internal controls and audit requirements
* Preparing reports and trackers about RBEG shipments and clearance for internal GBs
* Training new team members.

Qualifications
* Adequate knowledge and understanding for the import/export complex clearance cycle of Egypt.
* Minimum of ‎7 years of experience in Logistics & Foreign Trade operations.
* Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration.
* Experience with broker business is mandatory.
* Excellent excel knowledge.
* Fluent in Arabic & English (Written and speaking)
* Strong communication skills.
