Business Manager leads and supervise the internal business initiatives, such
as the e-shop operations, and internal marketing products development
(platform for influencers, platform for hospitals) in agile project mindset.
You will be in charge of designing business strategies and managing initiative
operations to guarantee the initiatives efficiency.
Interpersonal and leadership skills are vital for this role, as good teamwork
is important for our business success.
Responsibilities:
* Establishing the initiatives goals and objectives
* Identifying the human & equipment sources of the initiatives (initiative members)
* Designing the business strategies and plans
* Developing a comprehensive initiatives budget and performing periodic budget analyses
* Ensuring all initiative activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies
* Assessing overall initiative performance
* Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets
* Participating/leading regular initiative meetings
* Close cooperation with the initiative leaders
* Agile project management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar
* At least two years' experience as a project, product, brand or operations manager in marketing related field - including managing websites generating the revenue
* Good knowledge of digital marketing tools
* Suitable candidates should also be excellent written and verbal communicators, and possess the ability to identify opportunities for growth
* Superb leadership, communication, organizational and collaboration abilities
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
