POSITION SUMMARY

Main Purpose of Job is to coordinate & support implementation of processes,
tools and best practices in Physical Logistics and Customer Service. Manage
physical Logistic regional reporting and coordinate MH Globe super users.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
* Support projects development to ensure a continuous improvement in Physical Logistics and Customer Service functions in terms of service and cost.
* Coordinate projects development across the region with NCE tools analyzing and defining potential solutions and appropriate processes, elaborating business case simulations.
* Drive analysis and reporting across the function and develop common reporting
* Consolidate and strengthen the processes and best practices in Physical Logistics and Customer Service
* Support across the region the development of MH super user's capabilities. Arrange specific training and coaching
* Implement and develop new tools and solutions to optimize and standardize the operations
* Documents and sustains the knowledge making use of the available tools (team rooms, Chatter e intranet), promoting their use through the super users.
ARE YOU A FIT?
1. Experience in support successfully projects, achieving targets on time and
meeting budgetary restrictions.
2. Experience and knowledge on the processes and tools of the incumbent area
(transport, MH, customs clearing, warehousing, distribution).
3. Experience training users in best practices and new processes.
4. Experience in coordinating successfully project team members and super
user.
5. Experience in cross-functional projects under the scope of Supply Chain.
6. Experience in successfully managing relationships with external
stakeholders (3PLs, consultant etc.)
