Human Resources Intern

You are responsible for
* Processing changes HR related data
* Filing HR-related documentation; maintain HR files and records
* Managing and recording document flow for new joiners and current employees
* Supporting regular checks on changes in systems; monitoring and identifying points of departure and execute necessary corrections
* Supporting delivery of reports within scope
* Performing regular checks on changes in personel files; monitor and identify documents and ensure to be kept in hard copies
* Introducing new HR supporting process activities

To succeed in this role, you 'll need a customer-first attitude and the
following
* Studying towards Bachelor's or Master's Degree
* Collaborative approach , able to work with multiple stakeholders
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
* Good command of Microsoft Office tools especially Microsoft Excel is needed
