Job Description
* Responsible for the whole recruitment process.
* Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
* Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
* Responsible for screening ,Filtering , headhunting ,interviewing and placing candidates .
* Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
* Conduct new employee orientations
* Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
* Coordinate personnel recruitment activities.
* Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor Degree.
* 5-7 years of experience preferred in construction field.
* Strong decision-making skills.
* Excellent in English is preferred.
* Eager to learn and to make huge achievements.
* HR certificate is preferred.
