Main Responsibilities:
* Collect all the required information from relevant stakeholders (Client management, Sales, and Business Solutions).
* Initiate kick-off meetings internally with the concerned departments.
* Create and update the SOW/service manual, and confirm it with the senior project manager.
* Follow up on the concerned parties to complete their tasks according to the project plan.
* Prepare and share progress reports for the project.
* Perform soft launching for each account before the project starts.
* Highlight and report project's potential risks to senior project manager.
* Handle the official communications between the internal departments.
* Initiate the project's required Purchase Requests.
* Follow up on project procurement management.
* Perform project's post implementation audit.
* Keep company vision, mission, values and follow all policies and procedures.
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Main Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Level of English: Fluent.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Call center
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to solve problems creatively
* Excellent analytical skills
* Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
* Negotiation & Risk Management Skills
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Presentation Skills.
