What will you do?
* Recording cash deposits and checks of customers for payments sales invoices dues and advance payments
* Recording Checks "Notes Payable" issued to local vendors and expenses like (salaries, bank charges, subscriptions, bills payments…etc)
* Recording checks "promissory Notes-Notes Receivables" received from customer at the safe and deposited to the bank by debiting Notes receivables and credit Checks under collections.
* Recording checks collections by debiting bank and credit Checks Under collections and then debiting the intermediate account ‎19999 and credit Customer
* Recording customers checks returned from bank due to many reasons (insufficient cuts. Balance, wrong sign. …etc) and that by debiting the intermediate account #‎19999 and credit checks under collections
* Issuance of cash receipts (Cash in from banks to meet daily needs of expenses) at petty cash module.
* Issuance of cash Payments (Cash out for daily needs of expenses "fuel, Buffet, office supplies…etc) at petty cash module.
* Payments of Marketing Agencies invoices by issuance checks and that also should be accompanied by MAF copy approved and PO issued by SSC Marketing accounting team
* Recording rebates belong to Aptec & rebates belong to any other customer "Passthrough rebates"
* Uploading Withholding tax report form ‎41 on the Egyptian Tax Portal, by payment amount dues for each quarter and that appeared in acc#‎20514 at Scala
* Analyzing all GL accounts on Scala and uploading needed supporting documents (like: bank statement, Safe physical counted) on OneStream
.
Which Talent do you bring?
* You hold MBA with ‎4-‎5 yrs relevant/ industry experience OR Graduate with ‎5-‎7 years /with Accounting Feedback
* You are Excellent written and communication skills
* You have Good analytical skills
* You have Excellent PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint
* You are Self-starter, self-motivated, a team player and attention to details,
* You have good planning and self-organizing skills
* You can Implement Change
