Business Operations in Europe and associated countries aims at increasing
sales operational performance, accelerate revenue and maximize business
profitability. It also manages the forecast of revenues, orders and
profitability by providing analytical support to its perimeter.
The BO PMO supports the team of Business Performance and Acceleration (BPAI)
by leading or facilitating various projects and initiatives to secure process
compliance, share and document best practices, improve efficiency and business
value through continuous improvement and digitalization projects. BO PMO is
also responsible for internal and external communication of business outcomes
of the activities by BPAI.
Support for Business operations
The PMO is expected to:
* Support in execution continuous improvement initiaves
* Drive also own development projects
* Provide or support in providing regular or ad-hoc business Analysis to Europe or specific countries based on needs
* Provide Regional support to improve performance in terms of billing, cash collection, profitability.
* Provide or support in providing regular or ad-hoc business Analysis to Europe or specific countries based on needs
* ontribute to prepare Business Reviews with assigned reports and analysis: pipeline, orders, cash collection, profitability, etc
* Support in management of "assurance" and acceleration projects for revenue, gross-margin, cash
* Participate and support in Yearly Budget/Business Planning process
Support for BO Practice and community
During the creation of a business operation practice
* Work with project owners and Busines Operations people in Europe & countries to define and implement common models, processes and tools to improve accuracy, efficiency and performance over time
* upport with documentation of agreed frameworks to ensure replicability
* support in securing rollout of agreed models, tools, interlocks inside the region and countries
* Document business requirements for tools and processes evolutions based on brainstorms inside the region, to get IB & central support
* Work with IB to get some support when tools, reports, resources are required
* Monitore compliance to agreed models and facilitate continuous improvement programs
BO PMO is responsible for
* Creating and managing a communication plan
* Communicating both internally and externally BPAI's value creation and key achievements
* Communication of project status to key stakeholders and partners

Financial background
Sales Operation skills is a plus
Deep knowledge of Orange Business Services organization, processes and tools is an advantage
Data management, automation, excel
Solid oral and written communication skills

Attention to detail
Motivated individual: able to manage time effectively and prioritise multitasking, working in an environment with recurring deadlines
Documentation skills
Ability to animate a community of users with different experiences to ideate and converge on common models
Education, qualifications, and certifications
Academic degree in business, science (or other relevant area), >10 years of
experience
Financial background is a great plus
Optional : Agile , CMM/CMMI, PMP or PgMP or Prince2 or MSP (or internal PM
certifications), Six Sigma certifications or similar
Base salary from 2,000 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be
higher based on skills, knowledge and experience
