Description - External
Responsible for Project Steering meeting (P1 and Platform)
Review project status monthly in the project steering meeting to the steering
committee
Follow up on the projects as per defined projects reporting mechanisms
Follow up with Delivery Managers on open actions/issues
Responsible for BG Projects dashboard (SW)
Skill Development:
Train and coach Delivery Managers/(Sr.) PLs in PM metier
Provide leadership and guidance to coach and lead Delivery Managers to optimum
Performance levels (Project Management)
Review the need and skill for project leaders required by Projects
Mentor Associate PLs and PLs and support in putting a training plan for them
Report:
Conduct periodic PG Meetings to review issues, improvements, QCD indicators
and handling complains and issues
Present the projects status monthly to site General Manager
Support:
Support and direct on projects decisions
Support in ASPICE assessment for MANs and SUPs areas
Review:
Review and approve Overall project budget and project planning
Review weekly project budget
Review project tracking and project health indicators (QCD)
Qualifications - External
B.Sc. in Communication, Mechatronics, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
B.Sc. in Computer science
5-9 years of relevant experience
