Sea Logistics Pricing Expert

You will be part of our Sea Logistics team, adding your pricing expertise +
skills to the delivery of our growth objectives

YOUR ROLE

The Sea Logistics Pricing Expert will be responsible for handling incoming
pricing requests via Corelog ensuring quotations and RFQs are handled in
accordance with the set KPIs and that market competitive pricing is provided.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Always work within the defined regional / Local pricing process


• Handle all pricing requests in a timely and professional manner


• Generate quotations to support regular and/or spot pricing enquiries from the various sales channels or internal global network /or CCL Team /or KAM Team.


• Engage with the global network to obtain overseas pricing including local charges.


• Engage with Trade Management and follow MSR guidelines where applicable.


• Utilize available systems to ensure competitive pricing is provided


• Support with local carrier negotiation as required and in alignment with trade management to obtain best possible pricing for specific enquiries


• Create quotations using the company pricing tools for the Trade / pricing department ( Import / Export )

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Master Degree in Economics, Import/ Export, Logistics, or related fields


• Having at least ‎3 years experience in Freight Forwarding industry


• Having at least ‎3 years experience in pricing and RFQ handling


• High level of I.T. literacy on MS Word/Excel


• Excellent knowledge of Sea Logistics and commercial acumen


• Excellent negotiation skills


• Must be able to be a good team player


• Good Strategic mindset , planning , analytical skills


• Good command of English
