Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
* Leading Field services supply chain Transformation projects in MEA region
* Project management for the Field Services Supply Chain deployment in the region
* Design the outsourced logistics network and the specialized team to support Field Services business in the region
* Manage the RFQ process for the externalized logistics footprint
* Implement the processes related to planning, order management, transportation, warehousing
* Collaborate and manage a cross functional team of experts
* Support the business on the logistics execution during the transformation process
* Develop and Deploy GSC Field Services Performance Scorecard into the region (Including Main SC KPIs BOL, OTDC, OTDS, Leadtime, Customer Net satisfaction Score, Gross inventory , Unhealthy stock)
* Set and update the Field Services Logistic Offer dedicated to field services spares and products in collaboration with business, Finance, CCC, CS&Q
* Assess the relevancy of the Field Services Logistic Offer based on regular business feedback from Field Services Sales, Marketing and Operations as well as customer inputs
* Deploy and maintain Field Services Logistic Offer enablement (CPC, Internal Customer master data) - by delegation or in partnership with Logistic Territory CLO Manager
* Animate with Field Services team Customer interactions (reactive from claims, proactive visits, research, CLO and action plan communications)
* Animate country supply chain teams and regional teams on corrective actions towards performance improvement
* Lead GSC FS Digital transformation Projects in the Region.
* Detects improvement possibilities in plants to facilitate Install traceability info transmission
* Be the unique point of contact for local Field Services teams concerning Greenfield IB Tracking
Qualifications
About You
* Education bachelor 's degree in engineering or Supply Chain, Operation, or similar field
* Experience of 4-7 Years in similar field
* Former Project Management Experience
* Fluency in English Language
