DHL Global Forwarding in Cairo, Egypt has the opportunity to hire IT Manager
in Cairo, Head office
This position will:
* Manage all daily operations of the information services and technology organization, including: help desk; data center operations; network and tele-communications operations; daily coordination with technology and application vendors; and end-user devices and computers.
* Directly supervise Information Services staff, including Help Desk and IS analysts, supporting them in the effective execution of their job responsibilities. Carries out supervisory responsibilities and duties in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
* Running regular checks on network and data security
* Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
* Developing the IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
* Conducting regular system audits
* Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
* Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
* Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
Now, here's what we need from you:
* Experience min 10 years in similar position
* Fluency in English. French is a plus.
* Interpersonal skills;
* Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business;
