Job Description
Our client: A significantly well-known and established organization in the
FMCG sector.
Your role: To grow the company into a dominant player in its industry, the CEO
will provide the vision, leadership, strategy, and general management skills
required to create shareholder value.
The objective is to promote revenue, profitability, and growth of the
organization by developing and implementing an overarching strategic plan.
Leading a cross-functional leadership team to deliver business objectives.
Develop strategic partnerships and ensure that overall revenue and profit
goals are achieved, and shareholder value is delivered. Working with the Board
of Directors, the CEO will keep the Board updated and develop an open and
communicative relationship with the Board providing informal and formal
updates on Company strategy, performance, management direction and decisions.
To achieve a leading position in the market, the Company's business strategy
must be developed, reviewed, and refined. Enhance revenue growth organically
and through mergers and acquisitions in a responsible and profitable way.
Establish and maintain relationships with outside investors to provide
necessary resources to fund and grow the organization in order to serve as the
chief steward of the company, ensuring the company is well positioned in the
marketplace.
