Our client who is a leader in the Real estate asset & Investment Management
sector is currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer for their operations in
Cairo, Egypt. As a CEO, You will manage real estate operating assets and lead
the capital funding for a $1B USD real estate portfolio across the MENA region
As Chief Executive Officer, working closely with the Executive board team, you
are in charge of:
* Leading the development of Operating assets, driving capital investment funds and dealing with several external stakeholders
* Driving the operating performance of real estate & hotel assets to maximize profit
* Responsible for implementing and executing long term investment strategies for real estate assets managed within the portfolio
* Defining strategic business plans for existing and upcoming real estate developments within the luxury hotel industry
* Overlooking the Profit/Loss, revenue, and expenses for multiple hotel properties across the MENA region
* Leading real estate investment projects, while identifying financial opportunities in order to expand the organization
* Analyzing hotel asset costs, and preparing weekly and monthly operation reports to share with the Board of Directors
You have a minimum of 15 years of C-level experience leading Real estate
operating assets, capital investment funding/Family owned assets within the
MENA region
Previous experience as a CEO who has managed operating assets and led capital
funding for a family-owned holding company is preferred
Experience within the Real estate & hospitality industry is preferred
Fluent in English is mandatory, Arabic is a bonus
You must be willing to relocate to Egypt and some travel will be required
within the MENA region
